CaliQ is a mobile nutrition tracking application that uses artificial intelligence to analyze meal photographs and provide information about calories, macronutrients, and personalized recipe suggestions.

3. User Account

To use certain features of the Service, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Ensuring that the information provided is accurate and up-to-date

4. Subscription Plans

CaliQ offers free and paid plans:

• Free Plan: Limited access to 3 scans per day
• Pro Plan: Unlimited scans for €4.99/month
• Pro+ Plan: Advanced features for €9.99/month

Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel at any time through your account settings in the App Store or Google Play.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Infringe intellectual property rights
• Transmit offensive, defamatory, or illegal content
• Interfere with the Service's operation
• Attempt to access unauthorized areas of the system
• Use the Service for commercial purposes without authorization

The analyses provided by AI are estimates and may contain inaccuracies. We are not responsible for decisions made based on information provided by the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CaliQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses.

9. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
